My Approach

Your past may shape you, but it does not have to define you.
Great to meet you!
Are you feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, trauma, or loss? Maybe you’re carrying pain from past experiences that still show up in your body, relationships, or sense of self. You don’t have to navigate this alone. I specialize in working with adults who are processing trauma, grief, and significant life transitions. Whether you’re grieving the death of a loved one, the loss of a relationship or pet, identity, or sense of safety, therapy can be a place where your experiences are met with compassion, patience, and understanding.

My approach to therapy
My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative. I believe healing happens when you feel safe, seen, and respected. Together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you—no pressure to “get over it” or revisit painful memories before you’re ready. Therapy with me focuses on helping you reconnect with yourself, build emotional resilience, and find meaning.

What you can expect from me
I draw from approaches such as psychodynamic, EMDR, somatic therapy, and mindfulness while tailoring each session to your unique needs. Clients often come to me feeling stuck, numb, anxious, or emotionally exhausted. Over time, many begin to experience self-compassion, relief from overwhelming emotions, and a renewed sense of agency and hope.
