As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adults to help address issues such as anxiety, depression, co-parenting, trauma, chronic pain, relationship problems, and life transitions. In order to facilitate healing and growth, I create a safe and supportive environment where my clients can discuss challenging topics.

$175 for 50 minutes therapy session $175 for 50 minutes of walk therapy $225 for 75 minutes therapy session
I work with individuals 18 and over.
The first therapy session is a review of informed consent and practice policies, as well as an assessment to gather information about you and what’s going on with you. Above everything else, I will always want to know what you are doing to take care of yourself.
I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. No shows and late cancellations are charged full session rate.
